All prices are in $ USD Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our on line secure server. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY

All our themes/plugins are instantly downloaded after payment.

TITLE

All goods will remain the property of WordPress Monster.org until paid for in full.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our 14-day money back guarantee means you can return your purchase for exchange or refund. Please ensure that the product has not been used, and is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging.  Contact us to arrange collection at no charge to yourself stating if you require a replacement or refund. Simply contact support@wordpressmonster.org to arrange the return of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

YOU’RE RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days and return any unused goods for a full refund within 30 days. You should notify us of your intention to cancel by email. Goods will be collected within 7 days of your notice to cancel, and must be unused in their original condition with all packaging. You will receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.
